Dimitri Drekonja, MD, MS is an infectious diseases physician and clinical researcher with interest that include C. difficile infection, urinary tract infection (especially in men), and improving antimicrobial use. Research projects include directing clinical trials, efforts to minimize urine testing and treatment in hospitalized patients, and surveys of medical professionals.
